By creating an account or using PLABpass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

PLABpass is an online examination preparation platform for the Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board (PLAB) examinations and the Medical Licensing Assessment (MLA). The Service includes:

Each account is for a single individual user only. Sharing accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Free tier: PLABpass offers a limited free tier with access to a sample of questions.
Paid plans: Full access requires a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and are in GBP inclusive of VAT.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers who have not answered more than 50 questions. Contact support@plabpass.app within 7 days of purchase.
Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice of any price increases.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal exam preparation only.
PLABpass is an examination preparation tool only. Content on PLABpass is designed to help prepare for the PLAB examination and does not constitute medical advice.
Do not use PLABpass content to make clinical decisions about real patients. Always follow current clinical guidelines, consult qualified colleagues, and exercise your own professional judgement.
PLABpass accepts no liability for clinical decisions made based on content from this platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PLABpass in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
